How to drink 2 litres of water daily
Drinking is important to our body. If we don't drink enough, we usually suffer from headaches, tiredness and loss of concentration. The body does not rinse out harmful substances and, above all, the kidneys don't function properly. Experts recommend drinking 2-3 liters of water a day. Depending on your condition, weight and daily activity and, of course, you should drink more on hot days.
