The Functional Form frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm is designed for easy everyday cooking. Pans from the Functional Form range have been awarded the Red Dot Design Award. It is made of aluminium, with a two-layer non-stick surface made of durable Hardtec™ material. Hardtec™ surface is PFOA-free and provides high non-stick. The outer surface of the pan is smooth and thus provides maximum protection of the hob from scratches. It is suitable for all types of hobs. The Bakelite handle stays pleasantly cool during cooking, ensuring a secure grip. Suitable for dishwasher.

What is the best way to care for Functional Form pans?

Pans should be washed before first use. Fiskars recommends washing the pans immediately after the next use. It is possible to use a dishwasher, but hand washing will extend their life. Never heat an empty pan. Always put a drop of oil or water on it. Fry on medium high heat. Do not put hot pans in cold water. Temperature shock could cause bottom roughness. When cooking, use plastic or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the surface of the pan.
