Design toaster Plissé from the Italian masters of applied design Alessi . The imaginative plissé finish reminiscent of a pleated skirt gives the appliances an unexpectedly fresh look. The slots and the entire interior of the toaster are made of quality stainless steel. The outer cover is made of high quality thermoplastic resin. For a more comfortable grip, the controls and handles of the sandwich grids, which are not included in the basic package but sold separately, and are made of the same material.

Plissé is a folding technique known from fashion that enjoys timeless popularity. Designer Michele De Lucchi took it as a template for his Plissé series from Alessi and created a collection of kitchen appliancesthat is anything but drab.
