Premium One pots are made of high quality 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel. The distinctive shapes together with the polished surface look modern and timeless. You will love them for their functionality, quality of materials and workmanship. Very practical are the patented Cool+® non-burning handles. They will still be cooler than your body temperature during cooking, which greatly increases the comfort of use.

The advantage of Premium One stainless steel cookware is the use of the TransTherm® universal base, which is suitable for all types of heat, including induction. The bottom absorbs heat quickly and then transfers it evenly to the food being prepared. The pots are thus extremely suitable for boiling, stewing, frying, blanching or steaming. They can also be used for heating and baking in the oven up to 250 °C.

The handles of the stainless steel bowls are also nonstick during cooking thanks to the patented Cool+® function . A nice detail is the opening in the lid, which allows steam to escape from the pot in a controlled manner during cooking. The lid does not pop off and the water does not overflow. The robust material allows the Premium One to be used for oven baking as well. In this case, it is necessary to use protective gloves for handling hot dishes.

The Premium One also features a wide curved rim for easy pouring of contents. This prevents unwanted dripping or running of liquid down the outer walls of the pot. The internal measuring scale makes it easy to measure the optimum amount of liquid. The pots are easy to clean, dishwasher safe of course.

Material used:

WMF uses 18/10 stainless steel, registered under the brand name Cromargan®, for the production of most of its pots.The "Crom" in the name stands for chrome, while the rest of the name "argan" is derived from the Latin word argentum, meaning silver. The name of this material aptly refers to the extra shiny appearance of the pots, which is due to the relatively high percentage of nickel.

High-quality Cromargan®stainless steel is created by refining steel. It contains 72% steel, 18% chromium and 10% nickel. It is a durable, non-corrosive, food acid resistant material. Cromargan® is beautifully glossy and easy to clean.
