Severin Sous-vide is an electric pot made of brushed steel with a capacity of 6 litres, which is designed for the preparation of food using the sous-vide technique. This technique consists in preparing food at low temperatures for a long time, and dishes can be cooked for several hours. Thanks to this procedure, the resulting dish will retain its taste, texture and juiciness better. The sous-vide technique can be used to prepare meat, vegetables or potatoes. The food you want to cook is first put into vacuum bags together with the spices or herbs. The bags are then placed in a pot filled with water and the desired cooking temperature is set. The appliance ensures that the set temperature is maintained throughout the cooking process.
