The ZWILLING® Sommelier wine pump from the German company ZWILLING J. A. Henckels is an invaluable gem among wine accessories. If you have an unfinished bottle of wine on your desk and would like to save it for later, this helper will help you store it for up to seven days after opening. The wine pump prevents oxidation of the wine by pumping out the air and hermetically sealing it with a stopper. The delicious beverage does not lose its taste in the loaded bottle. The rubber stopper can be easily removed and is also completely taste neutral, fitting perfectly into the neck of the bottle. Just wash it with warm soapy water. You can clean the pump with a damp cloth.

It is easy to use:
- Place the rubber cap on the neck of the open wine bottle as tightly as possible.
- Attach the pump to the plug and secure.
- Start pumping air by pulling out the pump handle.
- Keep pumping air until you feel resistance.
- Remove the pump and check that the black mark is visible on the cap.
- The bottle is hermetically sealed unless you see the black mark.
- You can now store the wine for up to seven more days.
- Always store vertically.
- For further consumption, it is enough to pull out the sealing plug.
