The Wok Functional Form is designed for easy everyday cooking. A wok is a wide and deep pan that doubles as a pot. It is suitable for very quick preparation of meat or vegetables, but surprisingly it can also be used for desserts. This deep universal pan is used for cooking, stewing or frying.

What is the best way to care for Functional Form pans?

Pans should be washed before first use. Fiskars recommends washing the pans immediately after the next use. It is possible to use a dishwasher, but hand washing will extend their life. Never heat an empty pan. Always put a drop of oil or water on it. Fry on medium high heat. Do not put hot pans in cold water. Temperature shock could cause bottom roughness. When cooking, use plastic or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the surface of the pan.
