Use and maintenance

Put a little oil or a couple of tablespoons of water in the pan before you start cooking. Do not heat the pan empty. When the oil browns or the water evaporates, the pan is hot enough for frying. Fry on medium high heat. Temperatures above 250 °C can damage the surface. Do not put hot dishes in cold water as the thermal shock can cause the bottom to become uneven.

Wash dishes before first use and then wash immediately after use. Stainless steel products are dishwasher safe. Hand washing dishes with aluminum and stainless steel surfaces will extend their life.

Stainless steel can withstand very high temperatures and corrosive substances such as acids. The only substances that can damage steel are salts and extremely strong acids. Stainless steel products can withstand up to 250 degrees. Use plastic and wooden accessories for longer lasting durability.
