The round mould de Buyer is ideal for preparing original shaped cakes, tarts or quiches. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface and removable bottom allow easier removal of the body. The non-stick coating protects the steel against oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
