Choc EXTREME non-stick pans are made of cast aluminium, which has excellent thermal conductivity. They have a high quality non-stick surface that is guaranteed PFOA-free. The surface is extremely hard, suitable for slow cooking of delicate dishes such as fish, eggs, pancakes, etc. Choc EXTREME pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction. They can be used for baking in the oven. Easy to clean, hand washing is recommended.
