The ETA Duplica Vital Plus home baker is especially appreciated by those who want to enjoy their own fresh bread in a composition exactly to their taste, or to prepare their own yoghurts, cheeses, jams or sourdough. The bakery has three programs: Vital Plus 1, Vital Plus 2 and Fermentation (cereal malts, yogurts, sourdoughs). The bakery is fully automatic and includes all processing (preheating, kneading, rising, baking and re-heating), using 14 preset programs or with custom settings. The bakery has optimum temperature setting, which is particularly important when preparing sourdough.

The ETA Duplica Vital Plus was developed in collaboration with Czech health food expert Otto Reiss and was focused on healthy diets or dietary regimes - so you can bake gluten-free bread, bread made from your own sourdough completely without EQ, etc.

Practical gadgets

You can choose between single or double chamber and bake two different breads using the same program. The interior of the bakery is illuminated so you can keep an eye on the state of your perfect bread. The control of the bakery is completely new and intuitive with backlit LCD display. It allows low temperature cooking 20 - 98 °C and baking 140 - 230 °C. You can set 5 crust colour levels and 3 bread sizes (max. 1.4 kg). The pans have a non-stick surface for baking without burning.
