Caring for cast iron cookware FINEX:
- The FINEX cookware is pre-fired and coated with a protective layer in a golden bronze shade, so it is ready for immediate use.
- For the first few cooks, use a little more oil than usual to support the gradual build-up of the protective layer.
- To start, it is recommended to prepare less acidic foods and avoid, for example, tomato or vinegar dishes until the surface is sufficiently formed.
- Over time, a natural patina will develop, and the cookware will handle any type of dish without issues.
- Wash the cookware by hand with warm water immediately after use, ideally while it is still slightly warm, as cleaning is easiest then.
