To close the lid safely, just pay attention to the positioning aid and the lock indicator, which switches from red to green and clicks when the pot is closed.

You can choose from two cooking levels: gentle slow or fast and intense. The first is suitable for fish or vegetables, the second for stews and larger pieces of meat.
