Santoku Yari knife is designed especially for lovers of Asian cuisine. The shape of the Santoku knife, derived from Japanese knife shapes, makes it ideal for slicing and chopping meat, fish, vegetables or herbs. The ingredients for dishes prepared in a wok are best prepared with a Santoku knife.

Yari knife blades are made of high quality Japanese knife steel consisting of 67 layers. The inner middle layer (core) is made of non-corrosive and extremely hard VG10 steel. Thanks to a core hardness of 60-62 HRC and a 30° cutting angle, these blades are extremely sharp in the long term.

The handles of Yari knives are made of Pakkawood in combination with polished stainless steel. Pakkawood is an exceptional material that is very pleasant to the touch, strong and resistant to moisture and other adverse influences.
