PermaDur Excellent pans are made of aluminium alloy and are characterised by their high stability and optimal thermal conductivity. The non-stick finish is durable and scratch resistant. PermaDur Line pans are ideal for preparing delicate foods such as fish or egg dishes. The pans are also suitable for induction. They are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle made of special flame-resistant plastic with flame protection. Pans cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
