Serving pan ⌀ 32 cm PermaDur® Profi made of Cromargan® (stainless steel 18/10) with non-stick PermaDur® ceramic-based surface suitable for use in the oven.
The outer surface of Cromargan® is robust, easy to maintain and indestructible, while also withstanding high heat. The TransTherm base is suitable for all types of cookers. Pans from the PermaDur® Profi series are perfectly suited for cooking delicate food at high temperatures. Perfect for easy-to-bake dishes such as potato pancakes, roast potatoes, eggs, pancakes, fish or steaks.
