Emile Henry cookware is resistant to impact and scratches thanks to High Resistance® technology, allowing you to bake, portion, and serve dishes in it. All containers can be used in the microwave. After removing from the freezer, you can place Emile Henry cookware immediately into the oven or microwave. This cookware is not intended for use on direct heat sources such as gas or electric hobs. All Emile Henry cookware can be washed in the dishwasher. It can withstand temperatures up to 270 °C.
