Inocuivre cookware is suitable for all heat sources except induction and can also be used in a traditional oven. The riveted handles are made of cast stainless steel in a typical curved design.

Maintenance:

• The outer copper layer may change the tint during using. Use a special copper paste to return it to its original shine.
• Never use sponges with abrasive surfaces for cleaning.
• Wash the inner stainless steel layer with a dishwashing sponge and normal detergent.
• If food burns during cooking, leave to soak in water and detergent for half a day.
• Washing in the dishwasher is possible, but we recommend a gentler hand washing.
