Brand Eva Trio (which you may also know as Eva Solo) represents more than a century-old story of a Danish family's passion for first-class design and functionality. The company was founded by Kai Rohde Fog and named after his daughter Eva. Today, the fourth generation of the family is at the helm – Jan Engelbrecht, Eva's son.

As early as 1952, the company introduced its first design icon – a bread and meat slicer. With the advent of open kitchens in the 1970s, a fundamental change came: kitchen utensils was no longer to be just hidden in drawers, but to become a fully-fledged aesthetic element of the interior. In 1977, the legendary line of tableware was created Eva Trio, which defined modern cooking. In 2010, the entire company was temporarily renamedEva Solo to now return to its most significant legacy – the name Eva Trio.
