    La Narval – Spanish Seafood Delicacies

    La Narval brings one of the great traditions of Spanish gastronomy to your table – high-quality fish and seafood delicacies. Sardines, tuna, mackerel, mussels, scallops, octopus or squid are prepared so that you can serve them practically straight after opening. Just add some good bread, olives or a glass of wine, and tapas are served.

    From the Cantabrian Sea to the Galician Rías

    Behind the taste of La Narval products are, above all, carefully selected ingredients. Don Gastronom sources fish and seafood from, among other places, the Cantabrian Sea and the famous Galician Rías. For mussels, they use the traditional Galician method of farming on floating wooden structures called bateas, and a portion of the seafood is processed by hand.

    La Narval – sardines, tuna, octopus and mussels

    The La Narval range is diverse. You will find small sardines as well as classic sardines, mackerel, Bonito del Norte tuna, mussels, scallops, clams, razor clams, octopus or squid. Individual specialities are complemented by olive oil, brine or sauces typical of Spanish cuisine – such as marinera, squid ink or traditional escabeche.

    Canned food that belongs on the table

    In Spain, high-quality canned fish and seafood are not emergency food hidden at the back of the pantry. Conservas belong to traditional gastronomy, and high-quality products are commonly served as tapas or appetisers. This is exactly how you can enjoy La Narval too – on its own, with bread, in a salad or as part of a larger tapas menu.

    La Narval Premium Collection

    The offer also includes the La Narval Premium range, focusing on selected species, cuts and sizes of fish and seafood. Don Gastronom emphasizes the origin of ingredients, species, fishing method and transparency. This includes, for example, Galician mussels, scallops and small Xouba sardines, or Bonito del Norte tuna belly fillets.
