Copper from the outside of the dishes (90%) is a perfect conductor of heat, at the same time it looks very elegant. Stainless steel on the inside (10%) then facilitates maintenance and adds modernity to the Inocuivre cookware. The cookware is suitable for all heat sources other than induction and can also be used in a traditional oven. The fine riveted handles are made of bronze. A practical hole at the end allows hanging dishes.

Maintenance:

• The outer copper layer may change shade during use. By using a special paste at copper, you will return it to its original shine.
• Never use sponges with abrasive surfaces for cleaning.
• Wash the inner stainless steel layer with a dishwashing sponge and normal detergent.
• If food burns during cooking, leave to soak in water and detergent for half a day.
• Washing in the dishwasher is possible, but we recommend a gentler hand washing.
