Thanks to the ELIS Sense system, it is no longer necessary to turn the electric mill on and off. Just a touch of the human hand simultaneously on the body and the top of the grinder is enough. The uSelect system allows 6 levels of grinding coarseness adjustment from very fine to coarse. The grinder is powered by 6 AAA batteries.

Details of the Peugeot pepper grinder mechanism:

The mechanism consists of a double-row toothed spiral that perfectly guides and holds the individual peppercorns. Steel, from which the mechanism is made, is specially treated with a patented anti-corrosion process. As a result, the mechanism retains its sharpness and durability.

What pepper to use?

For ideal results, use peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less. You can use black, white or green pepper. Mixtures of coloured peppers should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper. In Peugeot pepper mills, you can also grind dried coriander.
