The KitchenAid flat beater with flexi spatula is made of aluminium with a non-stick nylon coating, and the spatula is made of silicone. Dishwasher safe. It is an additional accessory for food processors with a lifting bowl:
It is used in the preparation of mixtures of normal consistency or heavy mixtures. Use it for cast and pie doughs, toppings or in the preparation of mashed potatoes. The built-in squeegee on the outside of the beater ensures faster mixing without stopping the motor and using a conventional squeegee.
