This mould de Buyer is ideal for baking 12 pieces of madeleines. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface allows easier removal, protects the steel against oxidation and makes cleaning easier. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
