DESCRIPTION
The LotusGrill glass lid is a special accessory for the LotusGrill with a grill grate diameter of 35 cm. The lid is equipped with a thermometer, which is built into the handle of the lid. The glass lid fits perfectly on the grill and thanks to its transparency allows perfect control of the food and thanks to the thermometer also regulation and maintenance of the grill temperature. It offers you the possibility of slow grilling at low temperatures, which are suitable for example for turkey or high steaks. Slower grilling ensures a more intense flavour, preserving maximum juices and aroma in the food. Thanks to the lid, your food will also cook evenly as the heat will not escape and will be fed back from above thanks to the dome shape of the lid.
