Chef's knife is a key kitchen tool for both home cooks and professionals. The Wüsthof brand offers this basic versatile chef's knife (16 cm) for slicing, chopping or dicing meat, vegetables and other foods, from the Classic knife range.

The knives are made from a single piece of special chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and have a sharpness of 58° HRC and were made at a temperature of 1800°C. They were cut with PEtec (Precision Edge Technology) with the help of robots, where the production is controlled and monitored by computers. The knives are exceptionally sharp, with precise geometry along the entire length of the blade and an extremely high initial cut. Thanks to all these features, the knives are characterised by a really long service life.

Perfectly balanced knives have an all-metal handle core. It is made of synthetic durable material with triple riveting. The guard is integrated as part of the blade made of one piece of steel and guarantees precise control of the knife, comfortable and safe work.
