The Milady de Buyer series pans are made of polished stainless steel and have a sandwich bottom for optimal heat conduction on all heat sources, including induction. Sturdy riveted handles give the pans a refined look. They are also equipped with finger grooves that allow a very comfortable grip. The pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction. To save time and energy, they can be washed in the dishwasher.
