Frying pan ⌀ 28 cm PermaDur® Profi made from Cromargan® (stainless steel 18/10) with non-stick PermaDur® ceramic-based surface treatment.
The outer surface of Cromargan® is robust, easy to maintain and indestructible, while also withstanding high heat. The TransTherm base is suitable for all types of cookers. Ergonomically shaped handle made of special heat-resistant plastic. Pans from the PermaDur® Profi series are perfectly suited for cooking delicate food at high temperatures. Perfect for easy-to-bake dishes such as potato pancakes, roast potatoes, eggs, pancakes, fish or steaks.
