The round mould de Buyer with removable bottom is ideal for preparing original shaped tartlets, cakes or quiches. The mould is non-deformable, distributes heat evenly and resists high temperatures. The bluish colour is due to the surface heat treatment, preventing oxidation. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Do not put in the microwave. Hand washing is recommended.
