Unique features of WMF pots
Cromargan® patented steel
Most WMF pots are made of 18/10 stainless steel, registered under Cromargan® trade mark. The "Crom" in the name stands for chrome, while the rest of the name "argan" was derived from the Latin word argentum, meaning silver. The latter refers to the elegantly shiny appearance of the pots, achieved by the high percentage of nickel. Cromargan® steel is extremely durable, rust-free and resistant. It is also easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
TransTherm® bottom
The unique TransTherm® bottom has three important functions. Firstly, it saves energy during cooking by optimally distributing and accumulating heat. Secondly, it allows the cookware to be used on all heat sources, including induction. And thirdly, it makes the pots optimal for all heat treatments - boiling, stewing, frying, blanching and also for heating and baking in the oven, up to 250°C (note: max temperature may vary for use of the lid or handle of a particular set).

WMF Function 4
1 lid, 4 functions
The main identifying feature of the most popular set of pots on Kulina is the distinctive red ring on the lid. The red silicone rings in the glass lids enhance the functionality of the cookware. Slide the lid into one of 4 marked positions as needed - closed for steaming with a small amount of water, open for full cooking, and with a large or small opening for straining even fine-grained rice.
WMF Quality One
Cool+ patented technology
This set is especially popular thanks to its rounded, eye-pleasing shape. In addition, the Cool+ technology (recognisable by the red trim on the handles) ensures a high level of cooking comfort by significantly reducing heat transfer from the pot to the handles.
