The NANCY grinders are a successful combination of modern materials and traditional shapes. They are made of very robust acrylic. The bidirectional grinding mechanism with a choice of grinding coarseness adjustment is regulated by a stainless steel crown. The grinders are distinguished by the letters P and S on the upper part of the crown.

What pepper to use?

For ideal results, use peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less. You can use black, white or green pepper. Mixtures of coloured peppers should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper. In Peugeot mills designed for pepper, dried coriander can also be ground.

What salt to use?
