TAHITI is a series of trendy youthful grinders. At first glance, you can easily distinguish a pepper grinder from a salt grinder by its colour. They are equipped with a bidirectional grinding mechanism with a choice of grinding coarseness adjustment on the grinder crown. The grinders are distinguished by the letters P and S on the upper part of the crown.

Details of the Peugeot pepper grinding mechanism:

The mechanism consists of a double-row toothed spiral that perfectly guides and holds the individual peppercorns. The steel from which the mechanism is made is specially treated with a patented anti-corrosion process. As a result, the mechanism retains its sharpness and durability.

What pepper to use?

For ideal results, use peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less. You can use black, white or green pepper. Mixtures of coloured peppers should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper. Dried coriander can also be ground in Peugeot pepper mills.

The salt grinding mechanism has been specially developed for grinding coarse and dry sea salt. It is made of stainless steel so it is not at risk of corrosion by salt.

What salt to use?

For ideal operation and use of the grinder, we recommend coarse salt grains up to 4 mm in diameter. Always use coarse salt, either dry sea salt or rock salt.
