Beautiful set of 3 Dellinger JOSHI Sakura knives made of Japanese Damascus steel (VG-10) with an impressive sakura pattern on the blade. The very sharp and hard cutting core made of Japanese vg-10 steel is very well protected against corrosion by being sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 SS316 stainless steels (damascus steel), which ensure exceptional durability and toughness.

The blade of these knives undergoes hardening in highly precise vacuum furnaces (vacuum heat treatment). Each knife is hand-ground and achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness at a hardness of around 61 HRC.
