The chef's knife with a blade length of 20 cm boasts a wide and strong blade that easily handles meat, fish and the toughest vegetables. But you can also use it to process herbs or chop nuts - just place the tip of the knife on the cutting board and move the blade up and down.

The utility knife with a blade length of 12 cm has a short and strong blade with light serrations, ending in a point. You will use this versatile knife very often, for example when cleaning and cutting fruit or vegetables, chopping herbs, slicing sausages and many other activities.

The blades are made from one piece of specially hardened stainless steel using WMF's patented Performance Cut technology. The machining process consists of 4 precisely defined manufacturing processes, the aim of which is to harden the steel as much as possible so that it can be ground at a sharper angle. In addition, the blades are laser controlled and honed by a sharpening robot, resulting in very sharp knives with a precise cut that far exceeds the DIN standard for cutting performance.
