Viseo® cookware is made of 18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium, 10% nickel, 72% steel), very easy to clean, hygienic and extremely corrosion resistant. The handles and handles made of polished stainless steel remain cool even during cooking and increase handling safety.

The glass pot lid with a large handle fits tightly to the edge of the pot, which makes the cooking time shorter and the ingredients retain more flavour, colour and vitamins. The glass used is tempered and can therefore be used for baking in the oven. The curved wider rim of the pot ensures an accident-free spill.

The perfectly flat and energy-saving SuperThermic base is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction. The heat is evenly and quickly distributed thanks to the aluminium encapsulated core, making cooking energy and time efficient. The inner surface of the pot is perfectly smooth and easy to clean. The connection between the bottom and the walls is always full with Fissler cookware, with no hollow spaces. The transition between the bottom and the walls is rounded - you will appreciate it especially when stirring dense contents, when it is necessary to follow the whole circumference of the pot with the cooker.

For stainless steel pots, all Fissler bases are made by press welding and are encased. When heated, the cooking pot, aluminum core, and casing are firmly joined with a single strike (approx. 1500 t). The advantage is that there is no need to use any additional materials to connect the bottom to the pot. The aluminum will spread throughout the case and no gaps will form in the pot bottom material.
