Preparing the pan before first use:

• Before you start cooking with the pan, rinse it with hot water and dry it thoroughly.
• Then pour some vegetable oil into it, spread it over the bottom and let the pan heat up for about five minutes.
• Then pour off the oil and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
• Repeat this process several times (at least 3 times) to create an even protective film.
• The darker the surface gets over time, the better its natural non-stick properties will be.

Routine cleaning:
