Perforated baking tin de Buyer is ideal for preparing a variety of desserts and cakes, puff and shortcrust pastry. The holes on the side of the tin help evenly bake the edges of the cakes. Developed in collaboration with Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, the mould is made of spring-loaded stainless steel and has a straight edge that offers a flawless finish. It is not welded and always returns to its original shape when released.
