The rectangular mould de Buyer is ideal for preparing original shaped cakes, tarts or quiches. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface and removable bottom allow easier removal of the body. The Teflon coating protects the steel against oxidation and makes cleaning easier. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
