It offers five functional surfaces for the most commonly used types of graters: fine, coarse, ultra-coarse, wide slicer and the ribbon grater, which allows movement in both directions and creates spectacular wider strips.The rubberised handle and non-slip base ensure that the grater is safe and secure in your hands, making it comfortable and efficient to work with. Thanks to the sliding base, the grater also functions as a container for grated ingredients, the contents of which you can see thanks to two practical windows with lines.
