    This solid enamel cast iron plate makes it easy to turn your CUBE Höfats fire basket into a plancha grill that's perfect for cooking shrimp, prawns, small calamari, sliced zucchini or a mixture of vegetables. The anti-stick coating also makes it ideal for preparing dishes with low fat.

    The plate can be positioned at four different levels depending on the temperature or type of food you're preparing, and if you have a big appetite, you can also use two plates at different heights. In addition to the smooth plancha surface, the cast CUBE has a grooved side that is ideal for steaks.
