Tagine pot is a vessel with a pointed lid that allows steam to circulate well. Ideal for slow simmering, it was originally developed for Moroccan cuisine. All recipes prepared in this vessel are also called tagine pot. The base is made of enamelled cast iron, the ceramic lid is shaped to retain maximum flavour and moisture and let excess air out.
