de Buyer Baking mat, made from glass fiber coated with Teflon, is a reusable (up to 200x) mat with non-stick properties on both sides. Suitable for all baking shapes and sizes, it can be easily trimmed to the desired size and removing the baking or releasing the mould from it will be a real breeze.
