The serving pan from the Steak Profi collection is ideal for home and professional cooks, especially for steak lovers. The extra-thin three-layer material is safe on all types of hobs, including induction. Thanks to the innovative Rapid Heat Control function , the pan heats up extremely quickly and cools down just as quickly after the heat source is switched off. The pan is coated with the patented Duraquarz® coating, which is resistant up to 400 °C. Thanks to the stainless steel handle, it can also be used in the oven. The 18/10 stainless steel pan still holds its shape and has a long service life.
