The whipping attachment (flat disc) is used, for example, for frothing milk or whipped cream, making snow from egg whites, soufflés, puddings or deliciously frothy frappés. Emulsifies and homogenizes sauces and cocktails. (Excellent for softening sauces.) Supplied with all bamix® blenders.
