The wider strip grater produces a texture similar to the slicing grater, but the ingredients are grated finer, the shavings are narrower. Prepare the popular coleslaw salad with cabbage and carrots or add a touch of tenderness to boiled new potatoes sprinkled with parsley and a little delicious fresh butter. The grater is specially designed to grate in both directions for fast and comfortable work. The stable, non-slip end cap improves the use of the grater to the absolute maximum.
