The set from the Twin Grip collection by Zwilling includes kitchen scissors, a vegetable peeler and a peeling knife with a short straight blade length of 9 cm, which is suitable for peeling, trimming and cutting smaller pieces of fruit and vegetables. The peeler is ideal for potatoes and other fruits and vegetables. The knife is forged from one piece of steel, so it is without welds and without joints. It is perfectly balanced and safe and easy to work with. The blade is freeze hardened. It has long-lasting sharpness that is easily restored through manual sharpening, polishing and laser control.
The handle is ergonomically shaped, non-absorbent and made of durable synthetics. The guard balances the knife and protects your fingers when cutting. The blade of the knife is made of a mixture of special German stainless steel, chrome and carbon. The knife is dishwasher safe, but we recommend a gentler hand wash.
