Ballarini Italian pans are not only a design gem for your kitchen, but thanks to Italian precision they are also high quality. The non-stick pans from the Torino collection are aluminium with a granite finish, where the aluminium sheet is moulded under high pressure to the desired shape. Torino quality non-stick frying pans are the ideal companion when frying eggs, roasting vegetables, potato pancakes or pancakes. Induction

The double bottom of the pan also has its purpose. The steel and aluminium layer with recesses not only guarantees faster heat absorption, but also makes these pans suitable for induction.

Surface

The non-stick, highly resistant Granitium Extreme surface consists of 5 layers, which are reinforced with ceramic particles that are resistant to high temperatures when cooking without liquids (grilling up to 250 °C). Granitium Extreme does not contain PFOA and is also resistant to metal utensils.

Handle

The ergonomically shaped handle is thermally insulated so you won't burn yourself on it when cooking on the stove. The handles are made of stainless steel and you can put the pans from the Torino collection in the oven.
