In most cases you can pay for your order in the following ways.
Online card payment
The fastest and safest way to pay.
You can pay for your order with the following cards:
VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro a VPay.
When entering your card details, you can choose whether we should store them. If we save it, you won't have to re-enter your payment details every time you make another purchase.
Payment by credit/debit card is free of charge.
Cash on delivery
Other payment options.
When delivering to the selected address, the courier can be paid by card or cash.
Both PPL Parcel Shop and Pick up points normally accept cash and card payments, but check your payment options in advance. You can find more information about individual couriers HERE.

Standard bank transfer
After confirming the order in the last step of the shopping cart, we will give you the payment instructions, our account number and the variable payment symbol together with the QR code for payment. You will also receive these instructions by email.
Order processing may take longer due to the fact we have to wait for your payment. Transfer between banks can take up to 48 hours.
We reserve the goods for you after you confirm the order. Payment must be made within 7 working days of ordering.
Klarna - Pay in 3 instalments
Pay in 3 is a payment method that allows you to split the payment into thirds.
In the shopping cart, select "Klarna - Pay in 3 instalments". You will pay the first 1/3 installment when you make the order, with the remaining 2 installements scheduled automatically every 30 days.
After confirmation of payment from Klarna, we will send your order immediately. Further payments will be automatically deducted from your debit/credit card after 30 and 60 days. Klarna will remind you of the due date by email in advance. In the event that your request for payment does not pass verification, you will have an option to change your payment method to another.

PayPal
One of the most popular payment methods is famous for its security worldwide.
After placing the order, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal payment gateway.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can log in as a "guest" or create a PayPal account before confirming the payment.
The payment for the order will be charged from your PayPal account immediately after placing the order.

Payment through an online payment gateway is always processed almost immediately, just like card payment.
A quick payment method which will redirect you to your online banking after completing your order, where you can simply send a pre-filled payment order after a secure login. Compared to a normal bank transfer, it is faster and more comfortable, at the same time you cannot make a typo when filling in the account number or variable symbol.
Apple pay
Apple Pay is an easy and secure way to pay by iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac without having to physically use a card. Just store your payment card in the device you want to use for ordering.
You can pay with Apple Pay just as easily, safely and quickly as through a payment gateway.
Google Pay
Google Pay is an easy and secure payment method that requires you to have a payment card saved in the Google Store application or on your Google Account opened by means of Chrome browser.

Paying with a gift voucher
You can also pay for your order using a printed or electronic gift voucher.
How to do it?
- Add the product you want to buy to your cart.
- In the first step of the basket, check the box "I have a discount / gift voucher“.
- Enter the code in the box with the text "Insert discount coupon" and click the add button.

Redemption of promo codes
You can partially pay for your order by using a discount code that you may have received from us by email or as part of a promo offer.
Multiple discount codes cannot be used for one order.
Still, if you want to redeem a gift voucher and use a discount code at the same time, you can do it but not via online store, but by getting in touch with our customer support team. Let us know in the third step of the basket.
Money Back
In Kulina, you have the option to return the goods up to 60 days after ordering them, instead of the standard 14-day period.
If you withdraw from the contract, if your claim was accepted or if we have to send you the money back for another reason, we will normally return it in the same way you paid for the order, see examples below. If you prefer another return method, our customer support team can help you.
By Card
When paying by card, we will return the money to your account linked to your debit/credit card. You do not need to send us your account number in this case.
By bank transfer
If you paid by bank transfer or with cash on delivery, we will return the money to your account.
Apple Pay or Google Pay
We will return the funds to your account linked to a debit/credit card registered for Apple Pay / Google Pay. You do not need to send us your account number in this case.
PayPal
We will return the funds directly to your PayPal account.
