Thanks to the FUSIONTEC material, which can withstand up to 450°C, this is no problem. The modular system of the new WMF Ovenware collection consists of several variations of baking pans in FUSIONTEC and Profi Resist, serving bases and 2in1 pans in different sizes. The range is completed by the 3in1 FUSIONTEC multifunctional baking pan with handles, which is inspired by the teppanyaki preparation method. The word teppanyaki is derived from the words teppan (a metal plate on which to cook) and -yaki (grilled or fried). The unique design sets new standards for food serving and aesthetic table presentation.
