The beautiful design and the highest quality is underlined by 3 layers of steel - the cutting core made of Japanese AUS10 steel is sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, so the knife exhibits exceptional durability and toughness. OKAMI boning knife has a highly durable and stable round handle made of G-10 material, which is decorated with red lines as a symbol of passion and enthusiasm for everyday activities.
